About Us

FELIX LOWE STORE is a New Zealand-based online seafood store operating on the Shopify platform. Driven by a passion for Aotearoa’s incredible coastal harvests, we bring top-grade local seafood straight to your door. Our user-friendly Shopify shop enables customers nationwide to browse our seafood catalogue and place orders at any time, with straightforward home delivery to make seafood shopping effortless.

We build long-term partnerships with reputable local fishermen and sustainable suppliers to source every seafood item we sell. Each batch is carefully examined to meet our rigorous freshness standards prior to dispatch. We utilise high-quality insulated cold packaging to maintain ideal temperatures throughout delivery, preserving the natural taste and texture of the catch. Our collection includes fresh fish, shellfish and other ocean products, perfect for everyday family meals and special dinner celebrations.

At FELIX LOWE STORE, sustainability sits at the centre of our business philosophy. We endorse responsible fishing practices to protect New Zealand’s precious marine ecosystems for future generations. Our attentive customer support team is available to address your questions regarding products, shipping and order status. We strive to win your trust and become your go-to online seafood shop, delivering premium local seafood and dependable service to seafood lovers across New Zealand.
